The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive with 10+ years of sales experience (4+ years in enterprise sales) to own strategic relationships with the largest restaurant brands in North America and close seven-figure deals. You'll be joining a two-person enterprise sales team at one of the fastest-growing restaurant technology companies, selling a complex AI-powered platform that touches finance, operations, marketing, and business intelligence. This is a high-pressure, high-reward role where you'll be expected to perform quickly — there is an unbelievable amount of top-of-funnel opportunity and phenomenal product-market fit. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, hungry to generate net-new pipeline, and ready to do your life's best work at a company growing faster than anything you've seen before.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning the full enterprise sales lifecycle — from prospecting and first meeting through business case development, executive alignment, procurement, negotiation, and close on deals of $500K+
  • Selling directly to CFOs, CMOs, and C-suite executives at large, publicly traded restaurant brands, building compelling business cases under extreme financial scrutiny
  • Generating net-new pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, executive networking, and account-based selling — not just managing inherited accounts
  • Multi-threading across complex buying committees, quarterbacking deals with product depth, and managing pilots and longer deployments independently
  • Traveling 20-25% of the time to meet customers on-site and contributing to building the enterprise sales playbook as the organization scales

About the Company

The company is an agentic AI platform automating back-office workflows for the real economy. Founded in 2022, Loop started by building the enterprise co-pilot for restaurants — helping brands view their P&L in real time, automate closing books, improve order accuracy, diagnose poor performance, and empower teams with feedback. Now, Loop is expanding horizontally to bring agentic automation to industries beyond restaurants, including healthcare and retail. Trusted by 300+ brands powering thousands of locations across the US, Loop is backed by a $14M Series A led by Nyca Partners. The company believes agentic products are the future of the software-human interface, automating functions like accounting, marketing, and operations with intelligent agents that reason and act autonomously. Culture: Loop operates with a flat hierarchy, lean high-impact teams, radical ownership, and zero bureaucracy. Engineers own products end-to-end — from customer conversations to deployment. Even the founders participate in IC work. The team values entrepreneurial spirit, speed of execution, and a bias toward action. If you want guardrails and process, this isn't the place. If you want to define your own goals, sit at the strategy table, and ship category-defining products — Loop is built for you. The team is composed of ex-founders who scaled their own companies to multiple millions in ARR, alongside operators and AI engineers from Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, Uber, Google, Amazon, and McKinsey.

Team size around 100 employees.

About the Team

A World-Class Team of Builders and Operators Loop's team of ~100 people spans the US (San Francisco, New York, Tampa) and India (Bengaluru). Several team members are ex-founders who scaled their own companies to multiple millions in ARR before joining Loop to execute on a bigger shared vision. The team includes operators and AI engineers from Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, Uber, Google, Amazon, and McKinsey. What it's like to work here: Radical ownership: Engineers and PMs own products end-to-end — from customer discovery to deployment. There are no layers of approvals or bureaucratic handoffs. Founders who do IC work: Leadership isn't removed from the day-to-day. Both founders are in the SF office daily, participating in customer calls, debriefs, and hands-on building. Lean and high-impact: The team is intentionally kept lean with high ownership per person. You'll have outsized impact relative to your title. Customer-obsessed: A significant portion of time is spent talking to customers, understanding their needs, and translating that into product decisions. AI-native workflows: The team actively uses AI coding agents and tools to prototype, ship, and iterate quickly.

Loop is in a phase of explosive growth — expanding deeply into restaurants, entering new industries, and scaling teams in both the US and India. If you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and want to define the future of agentic software, this is the team for you.

The Product

The company is an agentic co-worker platform for the back office of the real economy. The platform deploys intelligent AI agents that automate critical business workflows — starting with restaurants and expanding into healthcare, retail, and beyond. Core capabilities include: Agentic Business Intelligence: Real-time P&L visibility, automated financial closing, and intelligent performance diagnostics powered by AI agents that reason and act autonomously. Accounting Agent: Automates bookkeeping and financial reconciliation for multi-location businesses, from small chains to 70+ location enterprises. Operations Automation: Improves order accuracy, diagnoses poor performance, and empowers teams with actionable feedback. Digital Revenue Intelligence: Helps brands measure, protect, and grow digital revenue across delivery and online ordering channels.

Unlike traditional SaaS dashboards that simply surface information, Loop's agents reason and act — making decisions, executing workflows, and driving outcomes with minimal human intervention. The platform is designed to scale horizontally across industries, reusing core agent infrastructure while adapting to industry-specific workflows. Loop is trusted by 300+ brands powering thousands of locations across the US, serving everyone from emerging fast-growing chains to large enterprise restaurant groups.
