The Opportunity
We are looking for a Founding Engineer with 3–7 years of experience to join the company's founding team and help build their Enterprise Intelligence platform from the ground up. You are an entrepreneurial, product-minded full-stack engineer who has lived the 0-to-1 journey before—whether as a founder, founding engineer, or early technical hire. You thrive in ambiguity, talk directly with customers, and ship production-quality AI-powered products quickly. This is a true 0-to-1 role where you'll work across product, infrastructure, agents, evals, and customer workflows, turning early customer pull into a durable platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the core platform development for agents, including triggers, tools, approvals, evals, memory, observability, and workflow execution
- End to end product ownership—from customer discovery and technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration
- Work across the full stack to build core Enterprise Intelligence surfaces
- Shape the product roadmap, technical architecture, engineering practices, and culture of the company
